My role as your doula is to provide non-judgemental emotional, physical, and informational support designed by you, for you. Relevant Background:

My entire life I've been drawn to pregnant women and babies, and my work as a doula ultimately began when I decided that I wanted to be a midwife. Ever since the first birth I attended, it has been undeniably obvious where my passions lie. With my background in counselling, massage, and supporting people in crisis I bring a care to this work that is centred on understanding the individual needs of my clients and supporting the innate wisdom that resides within their minds, bodies, and hearts.

Services/fees:

Birth Doula Services:

  • Two or Three Prenatal visits
  • Unlimited phone support for up to six weeks postpartum
  • Labour Support
  • Two Postnatal visits
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Your choice of a belly cast or a birth story

The fee for this package is $500.

Please note: I do offer other labour support packages that range from $300-$500 in price, and I am very flexible with payment schedules.

Postpartum Doula Services:

  • Breastfeeding support,
  • help with newborn care,
  • light housework,
  • basic meal preparation,
  • emotional support,
  • and assistance with accessing appropriate community resources.

My fee for postpartum doula support is $20/hr (3hr minimun).

Breastfeeding Educator Services:

  • Breastfeeding support in your home or the hospital,
  • unlimited phone and email support

My fee for Breastfeeding Educator Services is $20/hr (consultations usually take 1-2hrs).
